I have a dream. A dream to get full band discographies for every band on sputnik. So here is my attempt to fulfill that dream. We'll go through this by letter, so we're going to start with "A" of course.

If you want you can "dibs" some bands, so if you want to do this, leave a comment like:
I dibs:
blah
bleh
bloh
And then you can have a couple of days to get these done, but then they're back up for grabs by anyone. Though, if you follow-through, quote your post dibbing the bands and just leave a short comment like:

It was just time consuming to put the whole discography in there...besides, Dylan's were already there, I pretty much built the entire Al DiMeola page.

But if anyone can find the one with most albums, that'd be cool. I remember Frank Zappa having a good many.

That's not including his albums he did with The Mothers of Invention though. And Sputnik could be missing a few, if you counted from there.

He's probably got around 60 albums, plus all live and rarities and stuff too...

Zappa had 52 studio albums I think, then had like 12 released posthumously. Then there's compilations, b-sides and shi.

According to allmusic.com Oscar Peterson has 178.

Too bad half of his discography sucks.

Isn't that the case with anyone who has that many albums out?
