So what? Who cares if there's a fetus with sticks sitting behind a drumset.

i was pretty surprised. Most 4 year olds have a hard enough time sitting still, let alone enough limb independence to play the drums. TBH though, what was that band thinking? They're never gonna get any respect going to play gigs with a 4 year old behind the set, although they will get good gimmick value

Man that's ridicilous. At 4 years you can't do much of anything. I mean your still throwing food everywhere and speaking in your own language. I'm suprised a 4 year old can play any sort of beat that makes musical sense. Not only is he doing that but he's also playing a rythm that goes along with the music. For a 4 year old that's pretty intense.

You can say he's not that good. But for four years old! Come on give the kid some respect.

Pretty clean and...awesome for a four year old, I would say.

i agree that nearly every beat is the same, but for a four year old, it's pretty clean sounding.

The funny thing is, this little kid's got better technique than half the people I see posting in drum forums. He actually kept his pinkies on the sticks at all times! Also, I hate to say it, but he's probably got better groove than quite a few people on here, even if he was playing the same stuff.

sarcasm ftw.
and to those who say he's better than half of the forum, I highly doubt that.

Well, I'm not trying to be an ***, but until I hear some audio proving otherwise, I'm inclined to believe that he is indeed better than quite a few on here.

I know you aren't, but seriously, I can believe that the majority of the forum can hold a better beat than him. Really, you can't be that negative.

Whoa! Hope he doesn't get sick of it and quit at a young age.

Not necessarily.
You'd be amazed how many kids take a genuine interest in music at a young age.
But you make a good point nonetheless.

One of the youth leaders at my church's son (who's about 4, IIRC) is absolutely in love with guitar. Plays it constantly, even brings his little mini one it to our worship team's practice and strums along.
He has better time than some of our guitarists there.
