Is there any free sheet music that has beats with odd time signatures? I'd like to really start practicing them seriously instead of screwing around for a while.

Practice with these feels, them manipulate them. Get some fills going, try travelling over the bar line every now and then, change the groove, add some syncopation etc etc...
