Mouthwash/Failsafe/The King Blues/Sonic Boom 6

right so thats who i went to see on thursday

well worth £7, hell just the king blues would be worth that price. those guys are amazing.

mouthwash are a ska band, and they got a fair bit of movement going with the crowd.
failsafe are a kind of emocore band, which im not really into but they were ok

the king blues, however, are absolutely brilliant. acoustic ska with a ukelele (sp) and bongo drums. amazing.

sonic boom 6 were quite good, but paled slightly in comparison.

anyone else seen any of these bands?

It's an international forum. I am really looking forward to this tour coming round to London, except they are playing Mean Fiddler which is such a horrible venue. Mouthwash are amazing. Failsafe.....I really got bored the first time I saw them, then I thought they were great, then last time I saw them I got bored again (for the record, wouldn't say they're emocore at all though, just kind of melodic-y punk rock type stuff). So I'm not too bothered. King Blues are schwicked. Sonic Boom Six have been on top form lately, and their latest CD is great so can't wait for them.

I'm going to the Bristol leg of this tour on Friday. The King Blues are one of my favourite bands at the moment, so they're the only reason I'm gonna be there! I'll probably leave before SB6 - never really been a big fan of them. Mouthwash should be good too, they were awesome last time I saw them. Never heard Failsafe but I'll keep an open mind and give them a listen.

argh, i need to get to england to see these bands. I hope one day they (or at lest The King Blues, will toru the US. but that seems doubtful.

I've never heard of any of these bands, except Mouthwash. I've heard one song by them on some cheesy Epitaph/Drive-Thru/Kung-Fu Records sampler. One of those three.
