I've seen them twice, and they do put on a good set, although i'm not too into them. Modern Life Is War was off the chain though, as was Ignite.
EDIT: Oh, and I saw them with A Global Threat too, who I was psyched on seeing, because I haven't seen them live since the "What The F'uck Will Change?" / "Until We Die..." years, (both albums which I really dug then, and still really dig now). But, they were easily the downer of this show. They're new stuff is utter garbage... and as expected, this tour coincided with their new LP release, so they played lots of songs off that awful LP, and not too many of their oldies but goodies. :thumb:

I've never listened to Strike Anywhere. They good?
They're pretty good. I got Change Is A Sound a while back cos everyone was raving about how it good it is. Then my bro went overboard and ended up buying everything but they're EPs and Exit English cos he thought i was a massive fan, when i wasn't. I think they're good though, Tom has an incredible voice.
I'd imagine they're great live, some of their songs are real good singalongs.

True they're good live, but like I said, for me, they're nothing to rant and rave about.

This band is ****ing incredible. I'm seeing them at the end of February with The Geeks, Bane, and Ambitions.
That is gonna be an amazing show. I really want to see Bane again.

I like both cds a lot.
I got to see them with Gospel and Converge on that tour no to long ago. The show was real good.
Their shirts are cool too, the newer ones atleast.

Bane is Bane, The Geeks are youth crew style from Korea and Ambitions has the singer from With Honor in it.

They broke up...like a few months ago. And the new singer only filled in on half of a US tour and a half of a euro tour.

this band is so good. one of my favorites. all three of the releases are awesome. i've seen them live three times, and every time was an amazing show.
and the singer has been cool every time i've seen them. he also writes some of the best lyrics out there these days, at least that i'm familiar with. pixies, what are you basing your opinion on?
