Basically, 2 guys put up essentially light-brights of mooninites from ATHF around the city, and are being charged with causing a bomb scare.

Man the article is full of hilarious quotes:

I can just imagine how the bomb squads must have reacted upon arriving at the scene:

so do you guys think that the advirtising company should pay the city for money spent in the situation? on the one side, it did cause them to spend i think it said 100k. on the other hand, its rediculous and shouldnt have been a big deal in the first place.
