Boss PW10 Wah

Okay so this is a guitar pedal but some how my band guitarist has ordered it for me (my band got £2500 from the government,long story) but yea he ordered me that because he mistook boss for bass so he thought it was a bass wah pedal so will it work on bass even though it is for guitars, if so will it **** up either the pedal or the bass?

well there is this organisation called FLOSS meaning Funding Lots Of SIlly Stuff, it is a government programme to fund things benifiting young people so the band had an interview and we played some songs then about 2 weeks l8er they got back to us and said they would give us £2500 as long as we rent out the stuff we buy to other youths, we agreed obviously so that is the story of Christmas :)
