ok i just joined a band a couple days ago and i am playing the bass and they are like only stupid monkeys play the bass you hit 1 string at a time and with your fingers like a monkey and im like :angry: and i was like well at least im not a drummer! and they were like :eek: then i was like well **** u guys im outta here :wave: but now they are like plzzzzz we need a bassist! should i give them another chance? :confused:

Well, in the majority of bands you'd be in, playin one string at a time would result in the best basslines....

Ummm....to be honest, both you and your bandmites sound like retards, but maybe that's because everything you say sounds retarded.

If it's music that you want to play, and you're able to put up with those people and not get in pissy fights all the time, then do it man.

well if you dont enjoy making music with them then dont bother but maybe if you realise that the majority of basslines are played on one string at a time then you may want to reconsider
