Spector question

Okay,so im looking to buy a spector 5 stringer.Does anyone know the difference in the specs of the legend 5(not the custom and classic series,the original model) and the q5 pro series.They seem to have simmilar pickups and electronics but im not sure about the wood type or the scale length.Ive looked on the net but havent found anything conclusive.Which one do u guys think would be better? Thanks for your help.

I think the original Legends were the best, followed by the Q series, the custom and then classic.

I had a Q6 and it was fantastic, nearly bought a Legend 6 but got a good deal on the Q6.

Do you know what the scale length of the Q series basses are,I mean are the five and six string versions 35" or 34"?

I can't help you with the differences, but let me just say the Legend 5 is an amazing bass for the price. I have one, and can't see myself having a need to upgrade for years.

Also, I believe the 5 and 6 string Q series basses had 35" scale length

Yea, the Q5 is 35, the legend 5 have a 35 scale also.

I think the only real big differences is that the Legend has a 3 band EQ and the top is different. Same pickups and same body wood.
