5 week = 6 thousand, no credit, just a good scholarship audition at the end and good networking with fellow musos who are probably going to be there with you, like im going to do an R and B group doing tupac covers when i go.
12 week gets you credit, but costs way the balls more

Think of poor international students trying to afford that.
I don't know what the policy in the states is for international students and tuition adjustments, but here, if you're from out of the country, you pay double tuition.

Haha, that's funny. Here in the states its the same hyperinflated tuition for everyone. Even with the double tuition for us foreigners, Canadian higher education is still very affordable.
And that is exactly why when the time comes I hope to be attending a canadian university

Berklee has the highest percentage of enrolled international students out of any US institution of higher learning, not just music schools at 26%. Somehow you foreigners are affording it.

That is because more than 50% of our university education is payed for by the government, if you are not a Canadian citizen, they don't pay for it and you have to foot what it actually costs.

Bingo.
The international people who are scraping up the money for Berklee either must be rich, know someone [family or good friends] who are rich, have scholarships out the ***, be dealing large quantities of cocaine, or sinking themselves a couple hundred thousand in debt.
I know almost all of my friends are taking out student loans to pay for their university education here, and that's with them paying between $4500-8000 a year.

I'm pretty positive that the international tuition at Berklee, like all US schools, is the same as the domestic tuition. Unless you go to an in-state public school, none of your tax money here in the US goes to higher education, so there would be no reason for foreigners to pay more.
