Nightmare Before Christmas and Labyrinth are my two favorite movie soundtracks.
You remind me of the baby
What baby? baby with the power
What power? power of voodoo
Who do? you do
Do what? remind me of the baby
I saw my baby, crying hard as babe could cry
What could I do
My babys love had gone
And left my baby blue
Nobody knew
What kind of magic spell to use
Slime and snails
Or puppy dogs tails
Thunder or lightning
Then baby said
Dance magic, dance (dance magic, dance)
Dance magic, dance (dance magic, dance)
Put that baby spell on me
Jump magic, jump (jump magic, jump)
Jump magic, jump (jump magic, jump)
Put that magic jump on me
Slap that baby, make him free

I've always enjoyed the soundtracks to the Zelda games.
Shadow Of The Colossus quite a good soundtrack in-game, but when listening to the tracks seperately there are only really 3 or so that I actually enjoy as pieces of music in their own right.
Ico's soundtrack was great when playing it, but I'm missing one track of it so I haven't listened through it on its own yet.
I loved the implementation of the soundtrack in Shadow of the Clossus (or rather the minimalist approach to it).
Nothing but the howling wind as you ride across a barren landscape was quite haunting. And then when the action got going, the orchestral stuff kicked in!

Not a movie or a game but the soundtrack for the TV show Monkey Dust is often quite cool.
Good to see O' Brother Where Art Thou getting a good run here. 1920's americana and folk isn't my favourite genre by any stretch, but that soundtrack was basically flawless.
