Around 7-8 months ago i broke my left wrist. 5 months ago i began shows again
lately though i have been doing more practice on my pad and holding speeds at around 200bpm is fine
But bringing back to 160-170 bpm i have trouble with my left wrist.
it seems to either want to speed up or just die
also it seems to slide up the stick more
Any pointers, tips, exercises i can do regain strength and control?
