The Trial:
I got kinda worried at the acoustic intro, I thought it was a bunch of autistic people trying to make music, and didn't want to judge it too hard. Thank god the actual song started. As far as screaming goes, you're one of the best I've heard on this site. The guitar work is clean, and I like the tritones you put in there. The recording on the drums is great, did you use multiple mics? as in, a mic for kick, snare, cymbals, etc. Or did you use a drum machine? like fruity loops? This is honestly one of the good recordings I've heard on here the past two months or so. Good job on this one.

The Doctor:
Your singer can sing as well as scream, good find on this one. The only thing I didn't like about this opening guitar sequence was when it stepped into a pattern of the minor third "one" beats, then randomly there's a major thrown in. Just kinda detracts from it. The vocal harmonies are really good, too. The whole recording sounds kind of.. dead. Especially the guitar. I guess the tone could work for a song like this, but maybe for the intro. I was hoping for a more "live" sound, more in-your-face somewhere in there. The guitar lines are all very clean, and the bass is good, but I didn't like how the bass didn't really deviate from shadowing the guitar.

pretty good, try to take the guitars down a bit so they're not so up front. Your singer's got a really awesome voice, tell him to stop screaming though because it's a major pigeonhole, and honestly it's only cool for one second, i listened to the first song for a bit and said, that's cool and about 10 seconds later i listened to the next song, which is really good btw. Last thing, that name has got to go, it sounds really juvenile and i wouldn't want to see you guys live simply because of your name

keep it up, just stop screaming... and figure out a better name

hey, thanks for the comments, well.. The band name had already been formed before they asked me to join, but it's fine for now atleast.

Oh and that major note is just something we threw in there to keep the guitar sound a little interesting, not sure if it works or not haha.

you're welcome for the crit, just make sure that someday soon you bring up changing the band's name, our singer's been in the band for about a month and he already brought up changing the name...

im agreeing all the way about the acoustic intro...i actualy laughed...i had to rewind to make sure it was the same song and not some pop up. pretty awesome. and yeah the everything is good. screaming is good, the singing is good. the guitar is great, thats probably my favorit part. drums sound real good. and bass also going right along, cool basslines. stucture is good too, me likey.

yea that new song is really damn good and love all your riffs. the singing on shred is alittle to poppy and whiny for me but that's just me
