Okay well fact is i have no solidified views on this. I read about it in a random Australian science mag my father bought home one day, and i found it really interesting. I was quite suprised to realise the Mr Bungle song Everybody Knew They Were Robots referenced this. Anyway i want to share, to gauge your opinions and see what conclusions i can make.

Sounds very farfetched. It makes too many assumptions about the behavior of the universe at its end. And I doubt having more brain states is the reason behind our increase of intelligence.
