It took me about a minute before I figured out that there were two songs going on at once. What the hell is up with that? If I stop the player on your myspace page there is some other song going on in the background, I just can't figure out how to turn it off.

I like the band name. Except, souldn't it be "Dance, Girl, Dance?" Proper punctuation is key.

I thought it sounded pretty good. The bass and kick drum seem like they should be a little more prominent in the mix.The vocals seemed just a tiny bit too loud in the beginning. Towards the middle of the song I think the blend was better. Good job though.

The name isnt in context so really punctuation isnt key this time. None of us have experience recording so it does sound quite amateur. Ill have a look into putting your suggestions into actions.

The two-songs-at-once dilemma is just due to MySpace being rubbish. Try refreshing the page as that normally sorts it.

i really liked the music, I mean A LOT. Your singer sounds exactly like every other girl i've heard in a band though... she really needs to develop her own sound, especially with a band this good. Your band name is crap too it totally doesn't reflect your music. I have a name that my band isn't using anymore so you can have it because i like your music THAT much:

anaphora

you're welcome

Most band names are pretty stupid if you think about them too much. Its not really an issue as it doesnt have any precedence over the bands direction or music. Our singers gaining confidence, were a relatvely new band and I know she can definetly do the job. Beats the generic yelpy-art-rock-girl sound thats so common today. Thanks for the kind words!

yeah she's definitely got a lot going for her, remember that the band's name is a lot of people's first impression. At the very least, be open to change it
