So yer. I cut the headstock, refinished the neck with 5 coats of tung oil, scalloped, reshaped the heel some and made a plexiglass truss rod cover.

Cool, nice job on the scalloping! The back of the neck looks good too. The headstock looks a little odd to me, but it's certainly unique. Reminds me of something...

Very nice, looks much better than the original. Black machine heads would look wicked.

Gibson dildo or kramer banana SOM? Thats what I was going for anyways.
I need new tuners, I'll prolly go wiht chrome. Unless I decide to replace my kramer's, then I'll swap them on the strat like I did with the pups.
Now to get the gutiar working again and get soem strings...
