I was looking on musician's friend, which is based in the USA as far as I can see, and due to the awesome current exchange rate of nearly 2:1 it makes all their kit seriously good value... SO does anyone know if it's possible to get it shipped to the UK, as I couldn't find anything much on the site about it?

e.g. 14" A custom mastersound hats for £150, compared to £200 - 250 in the UK, or a 16" A custom crash for like £90 :thumb:

Also, if anyone has any experience of this, and if it seems to work out alright, it would be very helpful.

Thanks guys

I'm sure you could, but shipping and VAT costs would bring it to a price that would make it pointless to order from them. Honesty, don't bother, you'll end up paying about the same as you would if you got it locally... maybe even more.

Ive considered it too many times lol, but the only it will turn up is by using UPS or someplace that uses their method of checking the good every so often or whatever. Dont use someone cheap but the likelyhood is it wont turn up. Ever.

But then UPS means high prices, youre better off going to your local shop and buying it from there.
