I just recently finished an instrumental hiphop/triphop album and decided to throw it on-line for the rest of the world to hear. The album consists of 10 tracks and is about 40 minutes long. As I said, most of it is triphop/hiphop but I branch out in a few other styles. In the first track, for instance, I play all the guitar parts myself which results in some post-rock sounding stuff. This wasn't made on a professional level whatsoever, the only things I have is FL Studio 4 and Audacity (which I didn't use that much for this album) and a professional recording thing which is actually my father's.
The upload is in rather low quality without any real good reason really, only that I'm too lazy to upload good quality files...
Some serious criticizing would be very much appreciated.
Oh yeah, the album's called Dusted Nostalgia, and Morgul is my artist-name.

This is the tracklist:

1. Memorial
2. Casette Tape On Fire
3. Hidden Face
4. Headnod Practice
5. Mood Swings
6. Prince of Nothing
7. Eastern Cowboy
8. Concubine Nr. 167
9. Vocal Homage
10. Shizzlin' Circuit

I'm not enough of a trip hop fan to give a really good review, but this stuff is pretty good. I few songs I didn't like so much, but most sounded alright.

Thanks! I'm glad you at least liked a few of these. :)

Most of it seemed really repetitive. For example, you would introduce a new track, repeat that for a few measures, then introduce a new one, repeat, etc. I'm not a big fan of electric music or trip hop (whatever that genre qualifies as), but this is definitely something I wouldn't want to trip to. The drum tracks got really boring after being repeated for an entire song.
