Next february I am going to orlando, florida. And while I am there there is a show at the house of blues I'm going to go to. The bands are:

Red Jumpsuit Apparatus
Emery
Scary Kids Scaring Kids
A Static Lullaby
Kaddisfly

A few questions

1.On the off chance is anyone going to this particular show?
2.What are these band like live (maybe brian can help me out here)
3.What genre are Kaddisfly.

I've seen a static lullaby before, they supported FFAF one time. They're nothing special. Still, RJA, Emery and SKSK, should be a very good show.

Emery and Scary Kids Scaring Kids are usually really good live.

A Static Lullaby was decent when I saw them, but I don't know much of their music.

Haven't seen the other two.

Emery sounds odd live, because the lead singer I think also does the screaming, which he does not do on the album. He's not a great screamer, and does more a a hardcore yell.

Although I've seen a different video where it's the keyboardist doing the screaming like normal.

I went to a local show in Orlando once. It was at some Chucky Cheese type place...with an outdoor race track.

All the bands blew but the people were cool.

Kaddisfly kinda sucks. if i remember correctly, they were this weird hippie type band. The rest of the bands range from suck to meh.

RJA sucks hard. Both live and on record. I don't really like the rest but SKSK and ASL have their moments.

I know for sure that Less Than Jake is playing on the 6th and 7th, it looks like their both going to be great shows. I'll most likely be going to both, hopefully.

no prob, dude. i had a great time in this forum when GD closed and everyone here is very cool. i don't post much in community threads and what not, but this place was really cool during the summer when the Pit was closed. felt right at home.

i'd post here more if the music interested me, but after listening to a bunch, honestly, it doesn't really grab me. i tried, though. and of course if Chill were here i'd post. she's cool beans on the internets. but she's got a life now and blah blah blah....freakin' crap....
