Um, Sum 41, Angels and Airwaves, Green Day, All American Rejects, The Ataris, Mest, Reliant K, MXPX, Sugarcult
If you listen to all of those...I can find you less directly similar bands.

I strongly reccommend Say Anything. I love them.

Say Anything is one of the best pop-punk bands of the last 3 years or so. No question.
Set Your Goals does good work as well, and maintains a hook-centered, pop-ish sound.

I'd check out most of the bands on Drive-Thru and Fueled By Ramen if they haven't already been mentioned in this thread yet. You could go for The Militia Group for some lesser known bands as well I guess.
