I thought this was thread was on the Jap band Nervous Light of Sunday.

I have their cd and demo if anyone wants it either way.

I haven't listened to CTTS in a while.

bottlerocket

Yeah, for serious.

I guess because this band has been around for a few years and they're somewhat popular in underground terms, they're no longer a good band.

My bad, Shane. It won't happen again, sir.

So who likes Chokehold?! HARDCORE! AAAAHHHH!

alright so when is the date for the new release?

Are they releasing new material?

My mate talked to them at a show, and they said that they didn't know if they were recording or not. They just were going to, maybe, write some new material, but they were just going to record.

I haven't checked up on CTTS in a while, though.

"A Song For The Optimists" still rules. The "how do you gauge lonliness" breakdown is pretty neat though. Save for those and a few other breakdowns, I can't really listen to the album anymore. Just got old.

I know that feeling, I say that for a lot of metal bands.

Johnny Quest.

I guess i came into the thread late, but i've been digging this band lately, really great song writing and fantastic lyrics. Not too mention Drew's art is amazing, i'm researching his work for my final art piece.

This is basically how I feel about the album.

I was a big fan of the intro to "Ain't Love Grand," too, though. I will say that.
