funny question....

rationally i am not scared of the dark. but put me in a situation like a haunted house and yeah, i am kinda scared of the dark. its fun to be scared sometimes, i think. and if its dark but you think something is lurking, thats scary to me.

for instance this past Halloween i went to a few haunted houses. always fun. a couple were your typical room to room gore scene haunted houses. not really scary. a few things pop out, maybe. but one was a pitch black haunted house in a paint ball arcade. all tunnels and walkways and catwalks. couldn't even see the hand in front of my face, i could hear people screaming ahead...that was pretty scary. so yeah, in some instances i'm scared of the dark, sure....

Where I live there is this cornmaze that happens every year (Huge maze cut out of corn field). They had chainsaw guys (chains were off) and they sounded just like actually loud chainsaws. It was pitch black (cornfield duh), and I heard one of those things go off and I didn't know it didn't have a blood so I was worried what happens if like I run into the spinning blade on accident Ill die so me and my two friends start running fast as hell from the chainsaw noise and I tripped and fell into a small ditch and lost my shoe, my friend tripped over my shoe and fell on his face, my other friend tripped on his body, we got caught then we talked to the guy and he showed the non blade. Also, people throw corn like made and corn does hurt when it pelts you, so I was scered of the dark cuz corn was flying through it.

I'm not afraid of sleeping in the dark, because that's what adults are supposed to do, to be quite honest. But I'm not so cool with walking around and not being able to see because I could bump into something, like a chair or table or dead zombie monster. But I like to think about other things.

One time I was walking to the kitchen to get some water and when I walked through the living room I saw something white on my left and it scared the crap out of me. It was my grandmother getting up to close a window or something in the middle of the night.
