Thanks again for your review. As promised:

I'm going to type this as I hear it. Stream-of-consciousness type review.

eople: tremelo picking sounds nice (even though it sounds quite fake, it's a nice touch.) Everything's very midi, but maybe that's what you're going for. You know your stuff, I can tell, I just wish stuff was actually "real" instruments. The drums would be fine if you them programmed, though. The ending reminded me of how this music video ends: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYUHhOKBYpI or "Interstellar Overdrive" by Pink Floyd. It's a cool thing. But it all feels too fake, if you know what I mean. The strings are tolerable, but the plucked instruments need to be actually played (like guitar and bass.) Good song construction- was interesting most of the way.

fiolent: good intro, nice harmonization and interplay between the strings. Goes for a while though. Once again, the flute or whatever instrument that is sounds too fake. I could hear this in a computer game, but not on a CD. If that's what you're going for, you've got a good thing here.

Megsy: it's Ok. nothing outstanding so far, but listenable. Could see it in the background of a movie with better recording. Not to say the actual recording quality is bad, but the instruments are just not real. Once the drums and everything comes in, it gets going, but I'm not sure if I like that or not. The drums are the best sounding thing on here, for sure. Programmed or not, they work. That instrument's effect in the 2:00 range is pretty neat. After that strange instrument it feels pretty repetative, even with the odd background noises. But the drumbeat is still damn cool.

Weasels: this one sounds like the midi or whatever your using actually works- until that arpeggiating synth does that very video game-ish thing. Starts to sound like... for lack of a better description... music a nerd who wants to be cool would listen to at that point. It gets better though as you get used to it. Still, it lasts quite a while, but depending on the situation, that could be fine. Likewise for the song before this. That effect that you're using for that deeper synth sounds pretty cool. When everything cuts out and it's just one or two tracks, that actually sounds nice.

Good job. Definately not what I normally listen to, but all the same, you do your thing well. Really depends on what you plan on doing with the stuff... which leads me to ask: what are you planning to do with it?

Along with agreeing with Can'tBayAThrill for the most part, I'll say that while it sounds like you have a lot of potential, maybe you should focus less just making songs which sounds cool and more on actually trying to convey some sort of feeling in your songs, or something. I'm not sure if that's what you're doing, but it seems that way. I kind of reminds me a little of my music when I first acquired the ability to record music. I was so excited and infatuated with it that I just made a bunch of songs which sounded completely different from each other and were really nothing more than me recording things I thought sounded cool, but the songs themselves didn't mean anything. After realizing this, I kind of changed my perspective on making music. Also, I just quit doing things that sounded bad, even though I still do that whiout knowing it.

ty ty guys, have some rep for being nice ^_^

I'd really like to start getting stuff recorded for my music (like guitar parts and such, so far absolutely everything is done on computer, so a lot of it will sound fake ): my mic atm needs an audio interface or something before i can get decent recordings on my computer, so that will hopefully be fixed for Christmas.

and as for what I plan on doing with this, well I am not entirely sure at the moment, a friend just suggested i make a myspace, and now i kinda want to get a CD finished, but I'd like to have much better quality before anything like that, and I will put all profits towards cancer, or something else ridiculous, just because I can. my future goals would be makin' music for movies or some ridiculous ****, idk.

ty again.
