Is there who knows how to build an active pickup like an emg-81?

Totally not worth it.
You'll need exact thinckness of wire (but different thicknesses have different sound properties) and about a mile of it.
You then need the correct thickness and depth of magnetic poles (different sizes have different sound properties).
You then need a MAHOOSIVE amount of coils around each magnet (different numbers of coils have different sound properties.
You then dip that into hot wax and let it set and that holds it together.
Then you must wire these all together and then in a way so as you can connect them to pots.

Man thats just for a passive pickup. Active pickups can only be harder.

It'll be extremely difficult. I wouldn't recommend trying to do it yourself.
