The blue side is a little harder than the grey, so the gray gives more rebound.
Thanks for the quick reply dude.

Cool stuff.

I don't think I'm getting any drum=-related stuff for christmas, it's all so expensive. I may treat myself to a DVD though, one of Lang's perhaps.

Awesome though, put that pad to great use...

Im gonna try to use this pad so much ill fall of my stool with steam coming of the pad and my hands!

Also sam i think this is the best time of year to buy drum stuff due to all the money flying around and sales and stuff so just grab it in the sale while you can man!

Sweet dude, looks awesome. Great cowbell!

I'm a big Vater fan, I use Vater sessions. So far, I'm the only one I know of here who uses them, oddly enough. I love 'em. Similar to a 5A.

Why did you get them so early? Now you've got nothing to wake up to on christmas day. Have fun with the pad man, it looks nice.

Today i went down to the store for my presents anyway, so i got these, and my mum says there no point me wrapping them and making you wait for them when you can have fun with them now. Also i love waking up and thinking its christmas but meh im gonna have loads of money for christmas anyway!
Ohhh and the pad is lovely!

The snare stand is ****ing amazing for the price its the mapex 750A only around £45 here in the uk which is brilliant for my mums bank account! I had to choose between that or the pearl something or other and the pearl was nice but this had omni ball :)

Haha yea my mom usually picks about the worst place to hide all the presents. But she usually just wraps them and puts them under the tree as soon as she gets them.

I really don't like that stand, the spinny thing the tightens the holder arms things kills you fingers when tightening. I like my yamaha snare stand a whole lot better, and it cost less.

Whats better than new gear?

I just lift my snare then tighten the thing so i dont have to spin it when the snare is sitting on it so its much easyier...........if that makes any sense.

Hey man im not ragging you or anything but........i only went to the store for the new breed and a pair of sticks and all this stuff was so cheap my mum said she could get it now for me because she didnt want to drive all the way back down to the store(30 min drive) a week later to buy the same stuff she could have now.

Snare stand = £50 but because im a member the price goes down to £42(which was awsome!)

Pad = £30 again im a member so it was £25.........also he gave it to me for £22 because somebody had stepped on it and left a footprint on it but when i got home, i just picked up a cloth and wiped it of lol.

Sticks £7.50 and the cowbell was £25 and im a member lol..........price was £21

Mounting bracket of bass drum for my cowbell was ummmmm £11.99

:)
