New Pickup

What kind of bridge pick-up should i route for on my squier. I want the best slap tone possible.

MM or a jazz pick up.

Soapbars i feel are alot smoother and will lack the punch that comes with slapping.

Soapbars are... a casing, not a pickup. :p

Oh, and I say jazz. :) They make an awesome bridge pickup.

i'd say either a jazz, Musicman, or precision would work well for a slap tone. precision pickups in the bridge position have always fascinated me and i've really liked the tone.
