ahhh, the descendents just played on my shuffle list... "i'm not a punk." love it. been a while since I listened to them, really.

what say you on the descendents?

and hey, isn't it great to rediscover bands you like? find anything old like new lately?

Yeah, love this band. Everythig Sux was one of the first punk albums I ever heard. Haven't given them a listen in a little while though...

Definately one of my top 5 bands. Milo Goes to College is probably my favorite album.

This band rules. I didn't like them until a while back and I finally started listening to them and they were nothing like I thought they were.

Yeah definitely start with Milo Goes to College. Also check out the Fat EP (aka Bonus Fat, if it includes their first single).

They re-recorded Myage for that Tony Hawk game for the Wii. You can tell because his voice is more matured.

It seems like a mature voice would kinda take the fun out of The Descendents.

It says on Wiki that it was re recorded and that they rumored to be back together.

i own a pair of the shoes. they were pretty rad at first but they started ripping apart after about a month.

Descendents are one of my fave bands of all time, like someone else says you grow up with their records and they dont have a bad one !!

They need get back and play some shows. Even if they played a couple in the states I would fly over to see them, they are about the only band left I want to see live !! I mean even if the Descendents don't ever tour again I would at least liek to see ALL. come on..

I just can't listen to them anymore. I love them so. They remind me too much of days past.

Great band though. Once in a blue moon, when driving, I'll blast Wendy and sing along like an idiot. It's sooo funny.

Wow. That's like.. pretty crazy. They assume writing credit though.. I mean, it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the linear notes that it wasn't their song.

For some reason every review I've read for Everything Sucks if negetive, but everyone here, including myself, seems to enjoy it.

everything sux is an alright record. theres some really good descendents songs on their but a lot of them are kind of meh...

I first heard Milo Goes to College about 3/4 years ago. I must have listened to it about 40 times since, and despite how simple it is, I still think it's one of my favorite albums. It never gets old.

Everything Sux is good too, and I enjoy Enjoy!

I think liveage is amazing, first thing I heard by them and it's still one of my favorite albums. They credit Brian Wilson on the disk of Liveage for Wendy (I think on live plus one aswell). Everything Sux is a good album but I like alot of others alot more. ALL is pretty great too. all No, ALL!
