I think something's up with my neck...

...but I'm not sure... My strings are really rattly, and (after unstringing and restringing my D) I think my neck is arched up too far... I know there's a way to arch it back, but I don't know how to do it... Any suggestions?

Um, if you mean rattly as in buzzing when you play, it probably is a problem with the action. You will need to raise it so that it doesn't buzz against the frets.

Simply restringing shouldn't cause a neck problem if there wasn't one before.

Check out the action, it might be too low. If you think you have a problem with your neck, take it to a good instrument and ask if they can just have a look at it, unless they're complete tools they won't charge you just to have a look.
