So frustrated
That something so complicated
Could haaaaang ovverrrr my heeeead
I wouldn't consider them pop-punk (because they're good, heh), but whatever. I used to be really into them for a while and I can sometimes be found listening to them like once in a while. Good things happened while listening to them.
It's a shame they broke up and became Hey Mercedes and then broke up again. I didn't like Hey Mercedes but it was my only chance to see most of Braid together. Could have seen them during their reunion tour but I found about it a bit too late.
The Age of Octeen is one of my favorite records still.

Braid are really, really good. I got to see them on a reunion tour when I wasn't really a fan, so I didn't enjoy it much. Now that I think they're great, I'm really disappointed that I wasn't more into them at the time.
Thats happened to me with several bands, where I would see them live then not really like them until later.

I haven't heard mcuh Braid, tbh. I listen to a lot of bands in the same vein of Braid though, so I'm sure I'd probably like them.

Braid isn't pop punk. Braid is the Mid-Western Indie influenced form of Emo. Jesus christ you people from the hardcore forum are failures.

Ash, come on man. I didnt want to call it indie-emo because I'm not sure how good the people in here are with the term, so I just called them pop-punk, which you have to say, they can be kind of close to.

Happy?
They still sound pretty pop-punky to me. I avoid using Mid-Western or any of that when I describe these bands though, I just call it indie emo.

I would laugh at that if he wasn't so much better than me at the first two.

I wouldn't call them pop-punk. But it's not really that big of a deal.

In here you can call anything pop-punk because most people are mildly retarded and will believe you anyways.
Braid are awesome.
