Been listenin to alot of them recently, well only there first albulm..Im skint at the mo so i cant buy any CD's, and i can only find the one albulm to download lol (Backdoor, there first)

Anyone else like them?

Never heard of them to be honest. But i'd like to try the back door sometime.....:p

But seriously, i'll keep an eye out for their stuff, what are they like? Style etc?

Lol yeah, the otherday i said that i love backdoor to someone...got a bit awkward :P

There in a style of there own, and were formed back in the 70's (there from england, around yorkshire i think) and were a trio of Bass, Sax, and Drums. Some fantastic stuff.. There described alot as being jazz / rock, but i see it more as jazz funk with a bit of blues / soul in it. i dont see how they came up with jazz rock :S

If anyone has hotmail or MSN ill be more then happy to compress and send there first albulm to you.

Unfortunatly though they split up ages ago, and there second albulm (despite i havnt heard it) was apprently pretty bad. One of my friends (an ex pro) dep'd in for there bass player one time, and he said there veeeeeeeery heavy drinkers. There sax player he thinks died a year ago, and there bass player is said to be doing cruise liner gigs and such now.
