tFatF or NFS: Carbon?

I finally got around to beating Most Wanted, and I wanted another arcade-y racing game to mess around with. So I checked out some of the gameplay footage for both titles and checked on some forums, but I really can't make up my mind. I had my doubts about the Fast and the Furious game at first, but after looking for a bit I'm thinking of giving it a chance. Also, I only have a regular Xbox, so I know that Carbon will be a bit watered down compared to the 360 version. Can anyone tell me what's been left out? And which would you guys go for?

haven't played tFatF but I've been addicted to NFS:Carbon since I started playing it (for the PC). I can't for a couple days now cause it's at my mom's house cause she has a better computer )=
