From what Ive heard. I don't own an Xbox, but its been described as GTA zombie in which you go around eating people's brains. Also get Destroy all Humans if you can find it cheap, Its the most fun you can have sucking brains out of people with a Ray gun.

Enclave. I remember I bought it because it was 10 dollars (after being out for like 2 weeks) and that's all I had. Absolute worst game I have ever played. You need to get your hands on it.
