Ok so I am new to it, and am also new to trading players, and would like advice on trading, I know a good deal about hockey, just dont know how to judge what would be a good trade, because I know what a bad one is... lol.

A trade in fantasy sports is just a trade, nothing special.
Joe Sakic for Pavel Vorobiev would not be a good trade.

Ok if someone offers you a 4 player trade, don't take middle ground. If you get offered a player ranked 57th and 61st for a player ranked 4th and 110th, don't take it, youll get more production out of the better player then for 2 good players, but you need that great player.
If you get offered a highly ranked player for another highly ranked player, and one more player, take it most of the time. If you get offered a 15th ranked player and a 100th ranked player for a 12th ranked player, accept the trade. You reject the trade if the other guy is like 500th rank and you are losing a worse player (you lose a 12 get a 15 and 500). As long as that second player is better then anyone on your team, accept the trade because you get to drop your worst player.
