Who here knows fun facts about Luis Bunuel? Or what do you think of him and his movies?

I have seen Tristana, which was good if not disturbing.

I own The Phantom of Liberty, and I love it but few others seem to enjoy it.

Et vous?

I've seen a few of his films. I don't know any fun facts about him. Good director, I think the David Lynch contingent here would find something to like in his work. Belle De Jour is probably my favorite of the stuff I've seen from him; haven't seen The Phantom of Liberty but I've heard it's good. I want more. ñ

Legendary.

Exterminating Angel is his best, by faaarr, if you ask me. Un Chien Andelou is something to be loved as well. That Obscure Object of Desire is another notetworthy film.

I saw Viridiana in my film class. It was pretty good. We also saw a couple of Pedro Almodovar movies and those were good too.
