Like I said in the other thread, work all around body. If you work just your arms, you'll look funky... Work out 4-6 times a week, 2-3 upper body, 2-3 lower body. And like 5 times a week cardio. Don't work just arms in upper body. Include shoudlers, pecs, abs, etc. Same with legs, do quads, hams, etc..

The word is "stunt", and you'll be fine.

How old are you?

You'll still grow. I don't see how you would stop growing because you work out.

Free weights stunt growth if you use them before you hit your first major spurt (around 14-15), but you can use the machines to try bulk up at any time.

Well don't use free weights (dumbells, barbells, free bench press), just use the machines at your gym. Or better yet, swim. Swimming will not only give you a great aerobic system, but you will also bulk up with lean muscle.

Are you working out to build muscle or to build your cardio?

Yeah, but I'm right. Free weights will stunt your growth.

TS: At your age, you shouldn't be trying to bulk up. Push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups for the upper body, running, jogging, and plyometrics for your legs. Your bone structure and tendons aren't developed enough to support large amounts of muscle mass. You want to concentrate on building strength first, mass will come later as your body matures and begins to fill out.

When I was wrestling I was doing around 200 push-ups every other practice. I got pretty f'n strong just by doing that, and added a lot of definition as well.

Yeah pushups are great- especially incline pushups for your shoulders and upper back (that's where you put your feet up on a stool while doing the exercise). If you only have time for a couple of sets, do pushups.

Yea once you start developing you will have enough testosterone (sp?) in your body to start building muscle mass

I say swim- swim lots of laps and you'll get big broad masculine shoulders, rock hard pectorals and abs that make the ladies explode in orgasms.
