I just realized how close you live to me. About a 3-4 hour drive.

Probably more than that, Justin. I mean, London is a couple hours from Toronto, so I'm pretty sure it would be a few more hours than 3 or 4.

Well I guess that it is four hours to columbus, so maybe five hours to LS's.

Here's the setup for your BBE MaxCom
Input signal -> Channel 1 input
Channel 1 output -> Channel 2 input
Channel 2 output -> Next device in your signal chain

Threshold = -10
Ratio = 4 (or just under 5, technically)
Attack = 10
Auto = off
Release = .2
Output - 1
Sonic Max = off
Channel 2:
Gate Threshold = off
Channel = on
Threshold = 0
Ratio = 7
Attack = .1
Auto = off
Release = .5
Output - 7
Sonic Max = on (Low = 5; Process = 7)

That's just a suggested setting I found on talkbass. I used to use something similar on my DBX 166XL.
