I own a Hartke VX410 that is used through a SWR WorkingPro 400, now just a month ago the bottom left driver sounds like its buzzing (like somethings loose in it). Now i havent used this at any gigs, ive used it loud a couple of times to show how loud it goes and to test it out as u do. The speaker doesnt buzz when its been pushed louder so im assuming the the driver has been pushed out of its seat. So would that be a replacement job or a repair job, if its a replacement job is there a website apart from www.speakerbits.com in Australia that would sell a suitable driver or woofer for the Harkte. Also what price am i looking at, i like the sound of this cab but if it is going to be to expensive then i might as well buy a new cab, agreed:chug:

meh, hartke VX series arent that great. i much prefer their aluminum XL line.

but back to the question....

i'm almost positive the speaker isnt blown. its just out of alignment or something.

You could easily check to see if the connections to the speaker itself are solid. This will require you to get a screwdriver and literally open up your cabinet, but its really not as bad as it sounds if you're careful. Once you have it open make sure that all the soldered/fixed connections are secure. Next make sure that no wires are touching each other that don't need to be. If they're insulated its not a big deal, but if its the exposed core of two wires touching you need to fix that.

The next thing you can do is check to see if the speakers are in phase with one another. There's a great guide on how to do this at http://www.swrsound.com. Just look in the 'help' section. Its really quite easy to do.

Finally, if the result is that you DO need to replace one of the drivers and you can't find a direct replacement; make sure you download a program like WinISD. This will allow you to model the cabinet and driver arrangement so you can select a driver that will match as closely as possible to the other drives to recreate (as close as possible) the original tonality of the cabinet.
