Ok, My ab muscle, I hurt it, let me describe it. It's on my left side. It's the one that runs vertically, it's like right above my beltline, on the front, and it's in line with where your first belt loop on the left side would be if you were wearing jeans. I don't know how I hurt it. I might've hurt it doing sit-ups, or I could've hurt it doing arm curls(the ones with the bar where you sit down and put your arms over the big wedge-shaped piece). Now it hurts whenever I try to do sit-ups, and when I jump off of two feet and extend my right arm(as if to block a shot), it really hurts. This really sucks because I'm trying to increase my vert. Anyone got any advice or anything?
