Funny story. I bought a Hutch Trickstar when I was a kid. I saved up paper route money and ran out and bought a brand new baby blue Hutch Trickstar. I was so proud of it. I tricked it all out, got rid of those horrid mag wheels in place of some Haro spokes and tires, and replaced the brake system and got a nice shiney new sprocket. The bike was awesome. I was pretty good on it too.

Years later when I was in my 20s I gave my little brother the bike. He sold it that same day for 50 bucks to some kid. 50 bucks! My brother hated the color, and tried to use gasoline to strip the paint. When he couldn't get the paint off, he sold it. For 50 bucks. The bike was 500 bucks brand new. I could have killed him. The bike is worth a ton more now.

Hutch is no longer in business. I wonder if anyone has even heard of Hutch. They made great trick bikes back in the day.

I currently own a Raleigh hybrid road bike and a Diamondback mountain bike.
