Nig-heist were a band fronted by someone called Muggy or Muggs or something like that who roadied for Black Flag in the 80's. They often opened for Black Flag in order to make them look good in comparison to Nig-Heist. Their frontman was known for lubricating his own asshole on stage with saliva.
