This has been the only PPV of the year that I'm OVERLY excited about. The main event for ufc 64 is a goodie...as good as franklin has looked in his defenses, anderson's style is one that i can see take out franklin! check it out the rest of the fight card:

Go Franklin, for sure.
I doubt this one will top the last UFC PPV.
Hughes vs. Penn -- that was an amazing fight.

Franklin and Silva are at the top of the 185 pound division in MMA rankings. Should be a great fight, and i am looking forward to this more than any other fight on the card by far.:thumb:

Should be a good fight, and a tough test for Franklin. but i can see him coming through. 1 match until the title shot for Anderson, thats kinda easy for me. but oh well, seeing the lack of natural competitors in the middleweight class...yea.

lol, we have a new middleweight champ. it wasnt even close, it ended in the first round.
sean sherk is the new lightweight champ. that match went the distance. wins by decision.

Indeed, Silva is unbelievable. I don't think we'll see him losing the title anytime soon, hmmm I guess this means the winner of ultimate fighter 4 is going to fight Silva, and I think that constitutes an 'lol'.
Franklin looked like he'd never seen a Thai clinch before. Silva's knees were nasty though.

The Sherk/Florian fight was insane. I'm surprised Sherk didn't pass out from blood loss, and I'm surprised Florian didn't die.

I think Mick Swick might be the next contender for the MW title.

Well, not really, when the clinch first happened Franklin tried to respond by throwing bows at Silva, which is a good retaliation normally, but Silva managed to avoid them and managed to toss some really power knees quickly that obviously caught Franlin off guard and gassed him, after that the fight (and Franklin's nose) was Silva's.
EDIT:
I think Mick Swick might be the next contender for the MW title.
As much as I don't like Swick I have to agree, I was so surpised he beat Loiseau, I don't think Loiseau was 100% in the fight though.

Obviously you dont watch Pride. You should know that Silva isnt even top 5 in Pride in the middleweight division. Also UFC fighters are not equally matched up to Pride fighters. Think about it Pride recruits Asian, Americans, Russians almost everyone and picks the best of the best, well UFC mainly has an American based fighting squad.
