This is hard to say, living in my household. I mean, I grew up looking at misfits memorabilia that my mom has, and hearing her stories about meeting the sex pistols, and I had heard a few 2tone ska songs and really enjoyed them as a kid, as well as listening to mustard plug, because they were from my home town.
I mean, like any kid, I heard a bit of green day, but I was never a huge fan. I heard stuff on the radio, but I wasn't a big listener.
I think I developed an interest in the punk culture before the music, thanks to my mom. But what I ususally say is that what got me into punk/ska was a local band called the cheapskates (not to be confused with a more well-known band by the same name). I went to every show of theirs, got into a lot more other local music, and from there, very slowly got into punk.

The Offspring -> Green Day -> NOFX

I don't really listen to them anymore, it was more of a phase. I rarely listen to DKs anymore either.
At the moment I totally dig UK Ska (Capdown, SB6, King Prawn) and Against Me. I keep randomly listening to Less Than Jake though, still love all the pop-punk stuff :)

Blink182 unfortunently..

You shouldn't "learn" to dislike bands. You can't be taught what to like and dislike.

Rancid. You're a douche if you stopped liking Blink 182.
Refused then it was Black Flag and Gorilla Biscuits.

I used to listen to Blink 182 in the beginning of my Middle School life. They used to be good, but I however did stop liking them over time. I liked them a lot in middle school because they were kind of like NOFX-ish fun to listen to. Their s'hit just got weaker and weaker in my opinion, and as I got a little older, their stuff was just harder and harder to listen to/find funny.

Well that's different. You are clearly far too punk rock for Blink 182.

No, just more mature, and Blink 182 fart humor is a very middle school level humor.

I was never really a Blink fan, but i did love NOFX during middle school ,but i kinda grew out of them cause I've gotten into harder stuff, or atleast less poppy stuff...

Cause NOFX is so much more poppy than Lifetime...

Blink 182, Bad Religion, and the Descendents all around the same time. This was way early elementary school, because my sisters' high school friends told me about them. I didn't listen to any punk bands besides those three for years and years.
