okay so my family is planning to move around october 30ish(were only moving like 10 min. away from our house)
well, the problem is, my family decided to build a new house from scratch and they said the builders would take an average 9 months to build our house.
while there building the house, our family is going to live in the apartments for that 9months but the problem is
ive noticed that i cant play my drums in my apartment because it will create too much noise so what should i do? should i just lay off drumming and quit my weekly drumming for the next 9 months? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Practice pad kit?
At least get a pad for your kick. (as well as a snare pad)
:D

Do you have a teacher? If so, leave it with him and see if he'll let you practice at his/her place.

Buy a gat and slang keys until you have enough bread to put up for your own place.
or
for something less drastic you could rent a practice space if you can find one. Or use the opportunity to really refine your hands on a practice pad for 9 months with a book like Master Studies (though a lot of it actually needs to be done on a snare drum)
