getting the loops from fruity loops

why hello homeslices. i have fruity loops 6 and i have no idea how to export the loops out of it so i can use them in the sonar software i have. im guessing i have to somehow record it, but im not sure how im suppose to do that. i hit the record button and let the loop play out but it doesnt work.

i know how to render it out as a wave i think.
There are 4 buttons in like the middle right topish.Wow, ok on the top in the middle but a lil to the right.
