View Full Version : Poll: Which should I buy today?

I'm going to buy something drum related at lunch today. I have 5 splashes so I could makes me some x-hats if I get an X-hat attachment, or I could grab some ago-go bells and a clamp for them. Or, I could get a cowbell and clamp. Which should I get?

Im gonna have ter agree with the cowbell on this one. Always need a cowbell.

i would get x hats, but whatever you think will fit your playing better, and what kind of sound you think you need

well maybe x hats would make it more creative having 2 of relatively the same sounds (2 hats) than having an entire new sound, but it could also work the opposite way. idk

^^ yeah. hats are way better when you can actually have the pedal too.

where do you live aaron, if it's in the us that x hats clamp you put is only $50

Mmm. Well i'd go with the X hat. Cowbells are nice, but really overrated. I don't use mine nearly as much as i would a second set of hats.

I just got back from the good ol' Billy Hydes. Ended up getting both the ago-go bells and a cowbell. The cowbell is 6" and shiny chromed-up hand hammered steel, the ago-gos are mini ones and about 2"/3" matt black. I got some funky mounting thing so I can have them both setup near each other for accent patterns from my ride bell etc.. With my Ks last week i've been on a right spending spree!
