Im sure some of you will be glad to hear, if you do not already know, that wasted 2006 was not the last wasted festival to be held here in britain,
The organisers will be holding the same festival in 2007 under the new name "Rebellion Now"

Lol, they always say it's the last one, and then they go "due to popular demand, we will be holding one last Wasted Festival (the name's changed like three times) this year." It's a great marketing ploy.

I was confused as I was under the impression that this year's was the last one. I clearly should have studied the thread more carefully. Maybe I'll even go this year...

Every year's is the last one, then they say "oops, no, we'll do another one, but seriously, it's the last time" and they hike up the prices by ten quid.
Punks should get back to doing punx picnix, those are the best punk fests.

Are you a Wasted fan then?
No, but my last post just got the idea into my head that I should organise a punx picnik next year. In my dreams! I have the organisational skills of an anarchist. That's to say, not much.

I know what you mean.
There was a good one in Bristol this year, right after Wasted, Sick on The Bus and The Restarts played along with several other, it was over three days too.
Who went this year?

He's not invited to the Punx picnic now, but the casualties should be!
