The UN has informed the Lebanese government that they want to deploy troops along the border with Syria and monitor Beirut international airport. Neither of these deployments are mandated by UN security council resolution 1701, which ended the war.
She stated that German troops were being deployed because of “our particular responsibility for Israel’s right to exist”, rather than being there to protect Lebanon.
In the month since the end of the war there have been over 100 breaches of the ceasefire agreement by Israel.
Israeli warplanes and drones continue to fly over Lebanon. There are daily incursions into Lebanon by Israeli tanks and troops.
Israeli soldiers have repeatedly opened fire on villages along the border and kidnapped 24 Lebanese - including four farmers from the border town of Aita al-Shaab. All were released after being blindfolded and “questioned”.
In the latest incident Israeli troops seized farmland in the border village of Kfar Killa, enclosing it with barbed wire despite clearly demarcated borders. The local farmer demanded that the UN act - but was told instead that there would be an “investigation”.
Two days after the end of the sea blockade, Israeli gunboats opened fire on small fishing boats off the coast of Tyre, despite the presence of Danish and French warships.
The warships did not intervene to protect the fishermen, who were forced to abandon their nets.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah have done nothing to defend the Lebanese territories against the IDF troops respecting the cease-fire. So how come these events are not given much attention on CNN or FoxNews? I bet that as soon as Hezbollah fires one bullet at an IDF soldier in Lebanese territory, it will be all over the place "HEZBOLLAH BREAKS CEASE FIRE".
Discuss.

They're all true stories, I've already read them like a million teams from other newspapers. This is the only article I was able to find that includes all events.

That's because Israel never keeps to ceasefires. And the UN doesn't care. Well, I'm sure members of the UN care, but veto says no. How the hell is the UN meant to be democratic if there's veto power!?

It's meant to LOOK democratic, not to act as such.
You shoulda known that by now.

It's like me posting something from a pro zionism website. If the story has a sound basis behind it, you will be able to find it elsewhere.

These are factual stories. I won't even bother to try and question them because I've seen all the videos on TV. The IDF even admitted the loss of 2 of its soldiers one time. Anyway, this just shows that mainstream media 'chooses' its stories. Israel's PR campaign is really paying off, I guess.

123123, though I'd use the word "terrorist" instead of Jihadist because that's a completely different thing (in tr00 Islam).

Most newspapers don't outright make up their stories, it's quite probably true. And even without seeing that article, or knowing of its existence, I could tell you that the IDF was breaking cease-fire.

Most newspapers don't outright make up their stories. Most newspapers aren't trying to appeal to commie neo-lefts who want to believe Isreal is automatically evil simply because they're supported by America.
If the story is credible, it will be found on credible newspapers.

Mainstream newspapers?
(I'm not defending Socialist Worker, which is probably as biased as anything out there, so don't even start.)

Prove that newspaper is making that up. If it isn't making it up, then Israel has broken the ceasefire and the majority of the world media has made the choice not to report it. It's as simple as that. The risks a media source is taking by making stuff up about Israel is pointless, Israel's got a massive, well-oiled PR machine, talking crap 'bout Israel without proof's gonna get you sued and bankrupt so quickly you won't even have time to call your lawyer.

Well then, it can turn a blind eye. Its eyes are blind, but still turnable.

Dude, I know that Socialist Worker is biased but that doesn't mean that they make up stories. FoxNews doesn't make up stories, they just twist them. Like that one time when the IDF hit the UN post, they were like "there was a Hezbollah flag next to it" or whatever. This is all documented information anyway, and you denying them just means that the Israel is seriously wrong this time.
I'm sure the 3.8 million people in Lebanon aren't hallucinating. I saw/heard that jet yesterday passing over Sidon and Beirut. It was also shot by video by tens of TV stations also. That, alone, is a violation of 1701.
