Ok so i got my hands on this mixer for free. Apparently it still works but only in Mono? i have no idea how to set it up properly? I linked it to my computer and tried to record. But even with both track and amster volume up it barely registers on the computer (also gain up 2) im using a vocal mic no phantom power needed

Its similar to this. But its alot older.

Auxillary Sends ("aux") allow you to effectively make a copy of a track and bus it somewhere else without interrupting the channel's normal bussing. It's most commonly used for time-based effects (delay, reverb, sometimes flanging), so you can tweak the clean signal to your liking, and have a seperate control of the wet signal on a return channel somewhere.

It's possible that mixer is mono output. Many older-style live desks didn't care about stereo outputs, since the house system was typically mono in the old days.

It's also possible you're doing something silly like using a guitar cable (a mono cable) instead of a proper TRS line cable. I'd double check that first.

More specs on the mixer would be nice to help you figure this out.
