Double Pedal Practice

Is there any way you can practice using your double pedal on something other than the bass drum? eg without the noise. lol

id like to be able to sit for a while and just improve on my technique and stuff but I wouldn't expect the neighbours to put up with it!

Im second that Gibby pad.. it works great.


However like all kick practice pads, you may want to pick up a mic stand weight bag (or fabric sand bag) to hold it down.
