Yep, it's that time of year, who's going?

The only thing I'm looking forward too is the after party because it's an easy excuse to get laid/drunk. My group is going to Chuckie Cheeses or Fazzolis or Boston Market or somthing awesome like that

Most of you probably aren't going, but whatever. Senior year, I gotta go, my last year of high school.

Homecoming was fun. I didn't go until my senior year, and I didn't go to any proms, so that was pretty much the extent of me going to formals when I was in high school.

Have fun and etc.

Oh, you must not be an American, good choice though, listening to 3 hours of hip hop can get boring, I'd rather get laid/drunk.

Plus I'm a senior so who's going to try to stop me?

I went to homecoming freshman year and had a pretty good time, but no dances after that point. And I'm a senior now.

And I probably wont go to it this year.

nope UK, we dont really have a homecoming as such, most schools now have started doing proms, no offence but its kinda annoying that its another americanism that has been introduced into this country

basically they get a DJ/free bar in a hotel and let us get on with it

i wasnt friendly with an overly large amount of people in my school so i spent my time elsewhere, which was fine.

Freshman year my date totally fell flat on his back on a puddle of water and I laughed at him. A week later we were going out.

srsly. Our folk had many a celebrations upon the yule moon's turning, alas we were not properly trained in the tribal dance of the moors.

I think sports are waaayyyy overhyped in highschool. I mean, yes they are important, but some schools are just ridiculous. In the long run, sports mean very little when deciding what you're going to be doing with your life.

You don't have to tell me. My school is all over the over-hyping of sports. That's why I vowed never to do a sport my four years here.

Mr. Ron

My Gf plays three sports. She freaked out when I told her what I said in my previous post.:p

Sports are gay. When you take into consideration what percentage of actual life they occupy, high school blows them way out of proportion.

I have to go to two.....my school made me homecoming king last year, so I have to go back and "hand down" my crown. It's a whole event....it's going to be weird. Ironic since I loath dances. :p

Then I have to go to my gf's.

I think Football should be a big thing due to the fact that you have only four years of playing it. Basketball, baseball, volley ball etc. etc. you can play most of your life.

Wow

Yea same here....not just in football, four years of it and you have to have a clean record. Homecoming is going to be insane....our homecoming game is on TV....

I'm being asked to go by a couple of people this year, but I refuse to. I'd really just sit there having a horrid time and either go completely unnoticed or bring the mood down.

Yeah maybe the odd school disco in junior school is about it, that was just one of the teachers with a cd player usually, no dj, the tight bastards, and you paid like £2 to get in, if I wanted to listen to ****e music I would sit at home and do it free.
